PRICING:  EVERYTHING IS SOLD OUT

The price for the week for a Double Occupancy Superior Room is $1,635 (as of 10/16/2019).  Single Occupancy Rooms are SOLD OUT.  (Prices may vary if rooms are added once these rooms are filled, rooms can be requested but will be at the going rate now).

• Prices include accommodations, transfers to/from your hotel of $35, Club Med $60 membership fee, and $390 for the charter flight on Bahamas Air to/from Miami to San Salvador Island (the $390 flight is non-refundable once you sign up).

• 13 double occupancy spots were available (with 6 more added later).

• $495 per person additional for the tennis service to ACE Travel Pros for participation in the tennis program only.

PAYMENTS:

Your deposit for this vacation is for the Club Med cost of $390 per person for air,  10% of the accommodations,  and the $60 membership fee per person.   This payment/deposit will be paid to ACE Travel Pros dba ICB Consulting, Inc.   You will receive an email from us regarding payment.

1. Double room:  $600 deposit due upon registration paid directly to Club Med.    Single room:  SOLD OUT  

2. The above deposit is required to hold your spot for your Club Med accommodations and air from Miami to San Salvador.  $390 of that deposit is for the airfare and is non-refundable, so if you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy Travel Insurance.  Contact Jo or CLICK HERE to get a quote.

3. A second payment to Club Med is due by October 21st.  Payment will now be directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form.  I will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the 50% of your remaining balance. 

4. The tennis fee payment to ACE Travel Pros of $495 is due by August 1, 2019.  So with late sign ups, this will be due upon registration.  An email from ACE Travel Pros dba ICB Consulting, Inc. will be sent to you regarding this payment.

5. A final payment to Club Med is due December 16, 2019.  The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used.  So if you did not pay the full balance in October, you just pay the remaining balance.

​If you make the deposit and cancel before 120 days out, you can get your deposit back; however, there is a $100 cancellation fee, plus the airfare portion of $390 will not be refundable.   No refunds after 120 days out from the vacation; which is September 25, 2019.  If you think you might need to cancel after that, you should purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason".  This option must be purchased before 21 days after deposit is made.

You are responsible for getting your own airfare from your home town to Miami International (MIA).  The flight from Miami to San Salvador Island is included in your price.  Hotel transfers to/from the San Salvador airport are included in your price.

The flight from Miami to San Salvador Island is $390 (included in your price) and is on Bahamasair.  Once you pay your deposit, this amount is non-refundable from the airlines, so you may want to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover this in case you have to cancel for any reason.  We can help with that!

​The Resort’s rooms are located in an idyllic Bahamian setting with wood and rattan furniture in a brightly colored colonial-style bungalow (see photo).  The rooms all face the ocean, some nearer to the water than others, with furnished patios.

All our rooms reserved are Superior level rooms; 14 double occupancy and 1 single occupancy Superior rooms.  They are located near the tennis courts and conveniently located near the bar and restaurant.

Play tennis every morning which includes group instructional drills and play on our 4 reserved har-tru courts with our USPTA tennis pros (and/or an assistant).  Also, enjoy afternoon tournaments with the local pros and other players from all over the world.  Beach tennis is also on the agenda!

• This all-inclusive vacation includes your tennis group drills and play every morning along with beach tennis on the beach volleyball court (balls provided) and other coordinated group activities. 

• The resort provides all your food and drinks, daily tennis tournaments in the afternoon (which we participate in some days), lots of land sports, fitness room and daily workout group activities, all non-motorized water sports, like windsurfing, paddle board, and catamaran sailing, snorkeling tours twice every day or right off the beach, themed-night entertainment in the theater and/or on the beach, and so much more!

• Non-tennis players are welcome and do not pay the tennis fee.

• There are 2 main restaurants; The Christopher's, buffet style in a colonial setting overlooking the ocean and an inside grand dining area.  La Pinta Beach Lounge Restaurant  on the second floor of the scuba center with breathtaking views for cocktails and all-day dining options; plus evening dining with table service.  

• The bars are: Verve Lounge and Luna Cafe - main bar and all-day snack bar.  La Nina, is the beach bar right on the water by the volleyball court, and the La Pinta Beach Lounge Bar  which serves cocktails anytime during the day and a night is the nightclub where you can dance the night away.

• Outlets are standard US.  Laundry services are available at an additional cost.

• Free basic WIFI is available with premium available for an additional price payable at the resort.

• Vaccinations recommended; Polio, Tetanus, Hepatitis A and B.  Also, the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended; ocean friendly please (no OXYBENZONE).

• The Resort has a resident nurse and a doctor specialized in problems related to Scuba diving.  A local clinic for regular treatments 5 minutes from the Resort, and a hospital at Nassau, an hour's flight from the Resort.
